Hi Chainmail. I would like to go by my alias ChromaKey. I may not be able to make it to the May 3rd meeting but shall try and make it to the one after that. Thanks again.
Hi Kevin! Thought I'd start by asking you... I need to convert a pages document to "Word 2003" format. But after I hit File/Export/and
then select Word xml 2003/and then attach it to gmail, when I double click on the attachment to make sure the document looks good, it comes up BLANK! I've also tried converting it to Word 97 format, but it does the same thing!
It's a resume I'm trying to send in....
Thanks much Kevin,
Sherri :-) *I'll repost this for the group too.
That's great! I look forward to the 20th at Prana! See you then. -Sherri

. Also looking forward to the chainmail necklace, thanks man!
Yes I would love to do a presentation on the 15th. I am just finishing up work on a film set and will have the time for that. October is not possible for me.
A Projector is great! I can show some project examples, talk about setting up a project, how to edit, applying filters, keyframing and as much as I can within the time.
I can do my presentation after your Apple presenter.

Thanks i think i will enjoy this group and perhaps attend a meeting :D..
Also, being in the science/enginee
ring field, I'm also interested in apps for those fields.
I find that one of the hardest things to learn about macs are all the apps that are available for us. Since PCs occupy a larger market share, the software companies can advertise much more, but with Mac software, it's sometimes harder to find. Maybe we could nail it down to apps that work for everyone, or apps for a specific market within the Mac world, and then talk about that. Me, I'd love to learn about all the business apps out there.
